For residential, retail and civic projects, we can apply a variety of BOMA or non-BOMA approaches, including Government and Lease Specific measuring definitions. Area Analysis is always included in our own Laser Measured Floor Plans, however we frequently work with existing CAD plans including architectural as-builts, concept sketches and construction or pre-construction documents. Deliverables usually include Area Breakdown Summaries, Colour Schematics and Area Certificate Letters.
