Extreme Measures transforms any commercial, industrial, retail, civic or residential space into accurate and detailed as-built floor plans. Our site technicians typically measure between 20,000 and 200,000 square feet per day depending on architectural complexity, partition density and overall accessibility. CAD drawings are developed entirely on-site using handheld laser measuring equipment and mobile CAD workstations. Site work is quiet, safe and unobtrusive. Finished plans are to-scale and very accurate.

Floor plans are provided as Adobe PDF files for easy viewing, printing and sharing and as AutoCAD DWG files for use by architects, designers and CAD technicians. Expert Area Analysis (BOMA 1980, BOMA 1996, BOMA/SIOR 2004, Government or Lease Specific) is included in every job together with an Area Certificate Letter. In addition, exterior building photographs are also supplied. When projects are finished, all completed files are distributed via Planmine™, our secure Internet File Database for convenient 24x7x365 access. Planmine™ combines an intuitive interface with sophisticated file sharing features.
